VP of Software Development at ThreatLocker — leading engineering, DevSecOps, and security code review for a cybersecurity SaaS platform.

Marc has spent three decades building and leading software teams — from founding and running his own companies for eighteen years across Europe and South America, to leading product development and quality organizations across Switzerland and the US, to his current role scaling ThreatLocker's engineering organization.

Since April 2024 he has led ThreatLocker's software development organization, growing the team from 15 to over 60 engineers while building the processes needed to scale with it — automating and re-architecting the deployment pipeline, and introducing AI-assisted tooling into the quality process to catch issues earlier.

Before ThreatLocker, he ran product development and quality for SOTAX Group's lab equipment software for twelve years, owning system architecture, hiring, and stakeholder management across US and European business units. Earlier still, he founded and ran his own software companies for fourteen years, building traceability and automation software for automotive and medical device manufacturers.
